Nejedn\u00e9mu pacientovi t\u00fdm u\u013eah\u010d\u00edte \u017eivot. \ud83d\ude42Sk\u00fasenosti pri ochoren\u00ed dnaMarkitMarci, pri dne sa nesmie jes\u0165 skoro ni\u010d \u017dIADNE – strukoviny, listov\u00e1 zelenina, \u017eiadne z\u00e1kladn\u00e9 koreniny, paparika ani mlet\u00e1, \u010dokol\u00e1da, \u017eiadne mlad\u00e9 m\u00e4so, morsk\u00e9 ryby ….. Fakt sta\u010d\u00ed zada\u0165 do googlu Di\u00e9ta pri dne a objav\u00ed s e toho h\u0155bu. HLAVN\u00c9 A NAJD\u00d4LE\u017dITEJ\u0160IE je poctivo u\u017e\u00edva lieky !!! Ja u di\u00e9ty sk\u00fa\u0161ala jedla \u010do vad\u00ed – bol po nich z\u00e1chvat, \u010do vad\u00ed menej, len boleli k\u013aby a \u010do nevad\u00ed. Ono di\u00e9ta je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e1, ale je to ve\u013emi individu\u00e1lne. Jed\u00e1lni\u010dek pri chorobe dna je \u00fazko \u0161pecifikovan\u00fd.Yesam\u00f4jmu tatkovi ju zhruba pred rokom tie\u017e diagnostikovali, mal \u00faplne \u0161ialen\u00e9 bolesti, cel\u00e9 noci nespal, bolo s n\u00edm na nevydr\u017eanie … a to on norm\u00e1lne neskuhr\u00e1 … Dna je prev\u00edt, z\u00e1kladn\u00e1 je skuto\u010dne p\u00e1r k\u00edl zhodi\u0165, dodr\u017eiava\u0165 \u017eivotospr\u00e1vu, a ono sa to ust\u00e1li … otec, ktor\u00fd nie je zrovna z\u00e1stanca zdravej stravy, ale jej m\u00e1lo a dobre zhodil pribli\u017ene 10 k\u00edl, teraz u\u017e je bez bolest\u00ed, ale prevent\u00edvne sa st\u00e1le vyh\u00fdba strukoviny, ve\u013ea tu\u010dn\u00e9mu a hlavne mlad\u00e9mu m\u00e4su – kur\u010dat\u00e1 predov\u0161etk\u00fdm, zverina a \u017eiadne m\u00e4sov\u00e9 v\u00fdvary !!! Ke\u010f tak biftek, ale tak 1 x za t\u00fd\u017ede\u0148, ide\u00e1lne s\u00fa sladk\u00e9 jedl\u00e1 … a \u010do mu desne pomoohlo s\u00fa nejak\u00e9 \u010distiace bylinkov\u00e9 \u010daje od bylink\u00e1rky, zo\u017eenie\u0161, asi be\u017ene v bylink\u00e1ch, s\u00fa to nejak\u00e9 3 k\u00f4ry. A hlavne sa vyh\u00fdba\u0165 alkoholu !!!!! Dna je vraj choroba rozo\u017erat\u00fdch a cnostn\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed, tak nech sa proste uskromnia a bude dobre! Preto je aj jed\u00e1lny l\u00edstok v\u00fdrazne obmedzen\u00fd pri dodr\u017eovan\u00ed di\u00e9ty.KamilkaM\u00e1m tie\u017e zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fa hladinu kyseliny mo\u010dovej v krvi a dos\u0165 som zo za\u010diatku t\u00e1pal, \u010do m\u00f4\u017eem a \u010do nie. Pri\u0161li mi skvel\u00e9 dve kni\u017eky: Zdrav\u00e1 a chutn\u00e1 strava pri ochoren\u00ed dnou (C PRESS) a Di\u00e9ty pri ochoren\u00ed dnou (MAC). Di\u00e9ta okrem ak\u00fatnej f\u00e1zy (pri a po z\u00e1chvate) v\u00f4bec nie je tak drastick\u00e1, okrem p\u00e1r vec\u00ed (vn\u00fatornosti, rybi\u010dky, dro\u017edie) sa vlastne m\u00f4\u017ee skoro v\u0161etko, aj ke\u010f niektor\u00e9 jedl\u00e1 treba obmedzi\u0165 (m\u00e4so do 100 g denne, v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inu r\u00fdb \u00e1no, strukoviny – nie s\u00fa\u010dasne s m\u00e4som – tie\u017e, hlavne ve\u013ea zeleniny a mlie\u010dnych v\u00fdrbk\u016f). V oboch kni\u017ek\u00e1ch p\u00ed\u0161u, \u017ee t\u00e1 skor\u0161ie pr\u00edsna di\u00e9ta sa u\u017e dnes neodpor\u00fa\u010da, d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 je jes\u0165 rozumne, aby strava bola vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e1, pr\u00edpadne schudn\u00fa\u0165. Ten alkohol obmedzi\u0165, ale pr\u00edle\u017eitostne rozumne (1 a pol piva alebo 3 dl v\u00edna) v\u00f4bec nevad\u00ed. Tak dr\u017e\u00edm palce, nech sa to zrovn\u00e1. ahojAlkaTak man\u017eelovi tie\u017e doktorka zistila DNU. Len si to nechcel pripust\u00ed. Teraz mal z\u00e1chvat a\u017e nemohol chodi\u0165 a v noci zimnicu. \u0160iel k doktorke, ktor\u00e1 mu potvrdila, \u010do som hovorila ja – \u017ee je to t\u00e1 DNA. Len\u017ee som zvedav\u00e1, ako bude jes\u0165 di\u00e9tne. Vlastne ni\u010d nesmie. To som v\u00e1\u017ene zvedav\u00e1. Ale ono ho to asi don\u00fati. Recepty pri dne hlavne bez ak\u00e9ho\u013evek alkoholu.Andreazdrav\u00edm Mne pomohol osobne enzycol, je na dne aj na k\u013aby m\u00e1m ho u\u017e druh\u00fdkr\u00e1t a m\u00f4\u017eem poveda\u0165, \u017ee u\u017e si t\u00fa tiahlom boles\u0165 nepam\u00e4t\u00e1m. Mala som nepr\u00edjemn\u00fd nehodu a som rada, \u017ee som nemusela m\u00ed\u0148a\u0165 st\u00e1tis\u00edce za doktorov. Strava pri dne je poctiv\u00e1, no treba sa uskromni\u0165.AnnaENZYCOL M\u00e1m ot\u00e1zku, \u010di sa nech\u00e1 ENZYCOL k\u00fapi\u0165 vo\u013ene v lek\u00e1rni, alebo len na predpis. Man\u017eel trp\u00ed dnou u\u017e 20 rokov, za\u010dalo to agres\u00edvnym z\u00e1chvatom, noha v priehlavku a u palca silne bolestiv\u00e1, opuchnut\u00e1 a skoro domodra. Od tej doby sa ob\u010das dna ozve, ale v medziach znesite\u013enosti. Viem, \u017ee m\u00e1 viac pi\u0165 (nie alkohol) a menej \u00fadeniny, ale ned\u00e1 si poveda\u0165. Teraz ho nieko\u013eko dn\u00ed noha st\u00e1le bol\u00ed, je opuchnut\u00e1. V lek\u00e1rni n\u00e1m odporu\u010dili \u010daj od Dr. Popova Re-Dna tea, tak sk\u00fa\u0161ame.
